A daily dose of fresh air to celebrate our wonderful South West

Health and wellbeing underpins everything we do here at the Devon & Plymouth Chamber of Commerce – and it is central to our mantra of People, Planet and Purpose.

We know that sometimes, things can feel a little overwhelming – particularly during the added pressures brought on by the Covid-19 pandemic.

No matter what our work schedule or personal situation might be, it is crucial to create opportunities to rest, not only for our physical health, but also our mental health and wellbeing.

As part of Mental Health Awareness Week, we asked our members to get out to enjoy a healthy dose of fresh air and take a picture for our social media channels.

We were so overwhelmed by the response that we have decided to carry on the campaign to celebrate our wonderful South West, with its stunning coastlines and beautiful countryside all on our doorstep.

We’ve included some of our favourite photographs below.
