Exeter Chamber members. Your membership year and price for the year will be unchanged. All the benefits in your membership package will continue, PLUS you will automatically be eligible for all the benefits in the equivalent new Devon Chamber packages.
Devon & Plymouth Members. Your membership year and price for the year will be unchanged. All the benefits in your membership package will continue, PLUS you will automatically be eligible for all the benefits in the equivalent new Devon Chamber packages.
Dual Chamber Members. Your membership year and price for the year will be unchanged. All the benefits in your membership packages will continue and you will be invited to a 1-2-1 meeting with a member of the membership team.
Exeter Chamber members. On renewal you will move onto the equivalent new package and fee as per the grid below. We will notify you 3 months before renewal, and you can book in to speak to one of the team at any time to talk about making the most of your membership.
Devon & Plymouth Members. On renewal you move onto the aligned Devon Chamber package, and you will have the additional new combined benefits. You may have a change of package name, You will receive a notification 3 months before renewal and can book in a review with one of the team at any time to discuss making the most of your membership.
Dual Chamber members. On your first renewal date you will not be invoiced for that package, and we would recommend that you book in a meeting to ensure you are on the best remaining package of benefits for your business.
No, your membership agreement is the same and you will have access to additional benefits. The Devon Chamber membership T and C’s can be found on our website.

If you currently pay monthly by direct debit to D&PCC you will continue to be able to do this and there is nothing you need to do.
If you currently pay by invoice but would like to switch to direct debit going forward please contact our Finance team at accounts@devonchamber.co.uk.
If you currently pay by go cardless with Exeter Chamber we will be in contact with directly so don’t worry.
If you pay by standing order you will be offered the chance to switch to direct debit. If you stay on standing order we will be in touch with new bank details for you. N.B. direct debit option means you are covered by the direct debit guarantee and any changes are hassle free.
Up to your renewal (unless you choose to change your membership package) you will be able to access the full range of benefits in the new Marketing Booster. Then on renewal you can choose from any of the packages. We can book a 1-2-1 meeting to help you find the best value for your business. Profile Magazine is Devon’s only dedicated quarterly business magazine. All Chamber members receive a free copy and discounted prices for advertising and editorial content.
City Conversations is our FREE invitation only event for Business Leaders in our Network Booster packages and above. You can find out about all our EVENTS across Devon HERE.
All Devon Chamber members will automatically be eligible for Premium Local membership (worth £120) regardless of their business postcode. Find It In is a new procurement portal enabling you to find and be found for new business contracts. Find out more HERE.
Every member business will have a listing on our public directory so anyone can search the site for trusted businesses in Devon. Your chamber membership login will give you the functionality to edit your listing, so it truly reflects your brand. Chamber members only, will also have access to the members directory where you can find key contacts of the business and not just the main info@ contacts. You can choose which members of your team are visible only on the members directory and which are available to the public.
All members have access to first-rate business expertise through the nationally recognised British Chambers of Commerce Quest Business Services. This includes unlimited access and advice through one number to Chamber HR, Chamber Legal, Chamber Tax and VAT, and Chamber Health and Safety. The Quest service also gives you access to a library of over 750 downloadable template documents that save you time and money including employment contracts and policies. Plus, it also includes Legal Expenses Insurance of £1m of cover and £100k for claims and no excess. You will be provided a Quest login on joining and for Exeter Chamber members on the merger.

Bites of Wisdom are Exeter’s flagship bi-monthly lunch; visiting exciting restaurants across the city and hearing from interesting and insightful speakers on a range of topics to add value to your business. EXIST is a group hosting quarterly topical events focusing on science, technology and innovation in the business community in and around Exeter.
Open to Network Boost Members and above, businesses are invited to take a co-working desk space at the Exeter Science Park free of charge.
The coworking space has everything you might need, including access to desks, Wi-Fi and charging points, as well as bookable meeting rooms (at an additional cost) and two small meeting pods to take private calls or hold meetings with your team.

We will send a regular events round up email on Mondays, with sections on Exeter events, Plymouth events, and Devon wide events. The new website will have a full listing of all our events including International Trade Training and online events with a filter button to make finding your perfect event easy.

All events can be booked via the website and all Chamber member representatives will receive an invitation to set up a new password for the site. Non Members and individuals not yet set up as representatives for member businesses will have a guest check out option and you can add new representatives for your business as part of the online events booking process too. The new Devon Chamber newsletter will be posted on your normal day, Thursday, weekly. This will be a round up of all the chamber’s news, British Chamber of Commerce and national updates, local stories and members news. Anyone can sign up to the newsletter, including non-members, for free. As members you will automatically be registered so there is nothing for you to do, unless you would like additional members of your team also in the loop. The reach is growing fast due to the growing membership and non-member sign-ups and the really great news is only Chamber members can add content. To do this please contact marketing@devonchamber.co.uk. Please note that to ensure the newsletter is a manageable size we cannot promise to get your content in every time on your preferred date- we will of course do our very best.
