We’re excited to announce the launch of the Creative Sector Group at the Devon Chamber of Commerce – and we’d like to invite you to be one of our founding members.
Devon’s creative sector plays a vital role in shaping our region’s identity and economy, driving innovation, creating jobs and enriching our cultural landscape.
By bringing together senior and strategic leaders from across the creative industries, we aim to foster greater collaboration, share valuable insights, and strengthen the growth and sustainability of this dynamic sector.
The group is open to Senior and Strategic Leaders from all Creative Sector members of the Devon Chamber. It is a peer network designed to share challenges, encourage collaboration, and capture the value of working together – with a focus on shared best practice rather than competitive or contentious areas.
The Chamber will facilitate each session, ensuring alignment with its Code of Conduct.

Paul Philpott, a long-standing Chamber Director (and Vice Chair of the Plymouth Chamber) and CEO of Fresh Air Studios, will be leading the group’s launch – ensuring it gets off to a dynamic and purposeful start.
Venues and times are still to be confirmed, and we anticipate an initial group size of around 30 members.
While we’re keen to involve a diverse range of senior leaders from across the creative sector, we kindly reserve the right to pass on applications that we feel do not align with the group’s focus and remit.
We’d love to hear from you – please let us know:
Let’s make 2025 the year Devon’s creative sector connects, collaborates and thrives. Get in touch today to secure your place in the Creative Sector Group.
Chamber members are three times more likely to survive – and thrive – than other businesses.
