Connecting You, a new programme of transport initiatives launched by Devon County Council, aims to help tackle loneliness through transport for the over 55s and young adults ages 16-24. The Connecting You Community Grants Fund will provide small grants to projects and organisations to help connect people to activities that reduce loneliness.
Funding will be allocated to Devon based transport projects that can help reduce isolation in young people aged 16–24 and over-55’s. The projects can target both groups and individuals, and any ideas will be considered in the application process.
Applications for the fund close on 31st January 2023.
