The team at The Mortgage Quarter continues to grow with the recent addition of Jon Cole as a mortgage and protection adviser to the Exeter office.

Jon joins the team after 13 years of working in a similar role for a national estate agency group. Before that, he had a 10-year career in the Royal Navy.

Jon will find and secure mortgages and insurance for first-time buyers, home movers, remortgagees and residential landlords. He’ll also lead on the company’s new partnership with Northwood, an estate and letting agent in Plymouth who recently appointed The Mortgage Quarter as their preferred mortgage broker 

Another recent recruit is apprentice Holly Wilkinson who joined the team after completing her GCSEs. Holly is an apprentice administrator studying her Business and Administration Level 3 Apprenticeship at Exeter College. She’ll be working alongside The Mortgage Quarter’s two other administrators (who also joined as apprentices but have now completed their studies) and will provide front-of-house support.

The addition of Jon and Holly now brings the total number of staff at The Mortgage Quarter to 10. But with the company’s ambitious expansion plans, the team is set to grow further over the coming months.
