Westcotts has announced its sponsorship of Plymouth Argyle for the 2023/24 season, representing the firm’s largest sponsorship to date.
This partnership marks an exciting new chapter in the journey of the Plymouth office, with colleagues continuing to build relationships with the community.
Plymouth Argyle was founded in 1886 and turned professional in 1903. Today the club is prospering, having gained promotion from Sky Bet League One in 2023, and are competing at the second tier of English football once again.
Beyond playing an exciting brand of football, Argyle take pride in the club’s place in the community, and with the Argyle Community Trust, engage in numerous projects to help and enrich the lives of people in Plymouth and beyond, through the power of football.
Last month, Adam Croney, alongside other Westcotts colleagues enjoyed watching the team win 3-0 against Blackburn Rovers. The team were delighted to also meet the sponsors’ Man of the Match, Julio Pleguezuelo, who made his full League debut during the match.
