Our innovative Pitch & Procure event at the University of Plymouth will bring enterprising local businesses together with several major procuring organisations, giving you the chance to showcase your products and services.
A panel of major procurers – including Plymouth City Council, the University of Plymouth, University Hospitals Plymouth NHS Trust, Babcock and Classic Builders – will be in the front row of an audience that hears a series of short, sharp pitches from several businesses in quick succession.
Following a brief Q&A, these procurers can choose which businesses, if any, they wish to further conversations with. That may be as simple as being sent details of how to register for tender information and enter the procurement process, or an invitation to a further exploratory meeting.
The Chamber can then broker these communications and introduce successful pitchers to additional support in preparing their tenders.
At the conclusion of the presentations there will be the opportunity to continue networking or follow up on conversations with our procurers. You’re welcome to join us even if you’re not interested in pitching yourself.
Pitch & Procure will offer some excellent networking opportunities and who knows, you may also hear about something that will be of benefit to your own business.
