Jen has a passion for health innovation and is an advocate for empowering change in female health and wellbeing. Having joined Barclays in 2007 working across a number of different roles, Jen set up the Life Sciences and Healthtech programme in 2018 to bring together entrepreneurs, innovators and mentors across the UK who are looking to promote new and emerging technology. She is responsible for creating growth programmes and activity that supports healthcare incumbents to improve healthcare challenges we face now and in the future.
