What you'll find when you visit
The first thing you’ll notice is our new and improved reception area which offers a warm welcome for our guests and tenants.
It even features a stunning aerial picture of Plymouth taken by Trevor Burrows, which has been sponsored by David Williams and Redrok.
YGS Landscapes Ltd has been a member of the Chamber for more than 15 years. The firm’s Managing Director and founder, Steve Warren-Brown, was an integral part of the team that helped us to greatly improve our premises.
Vince Brooks from Engage Workplace has also been instrumental in supporting the Chamber with the refurbishment of our offices.
That includes our fresh, modern co-working space and breakout area which Chamber members are welcome to drop in and use.
Meanwhile, our newly refurbished conference room can seat 24 people in conference style, or up to 30 people theatre style. This superb space is available to rent and at a discounted rate for Chamber members.
Devon & Plymouth Chamber CEO, Stuart Elford said: “We were very fortunate that Plymouth City Council agreed, as our landlord, to help with the refurbishment by doing a lot of the structural work.
“Some of our members have sponsored various parts of the building, and we also used some reserves from the sale of Lockyer Street to complete the refurbishment.
“What we have now is a modern, fresh office fit for purpose and ready to welcome you back after the pandemic.”

We have ample parking, including an EV charger for electric vehicles.
The area is well served by cycle routes and we have dedicated bike storage.
Frequent buses stop at the bus stop just outside our offices at Derriford Roundabout. The Plymouth Citybus 42, 42A and 42C services that run between the north of the city and the city centre pass regularly, as well as the 1 and 101 services from Stagecoach that run between Tavistock and Plymouth city centre. Additionally, it is also served by the 51 and 34 service from Citybus.
Our office has good disabled access and facilities.
